Product Description:

The flexo printing machine adopts ceramic anilox rollers to spread ink, which is characterized by its durability, harden treatment and long lifespan. This helps to improve the printing efficiency, and produces more attractive products. Furthermore, the unwinding and rewinding is controlled by magnetism power brake and clutch, and tension controller is automatic.

The machine is equipped with 360º adjustable registration for each printing unit. Also, each printing unit fungus IR drier (6 fans, customized for more efficient), while UV dryer is optional. The rubber roller of this machine can break away automatically while stoppping, by running at a low speed to avoid ink being dried and damaging the flexo resin plate.

The main motor adopted frequency conversion stepless regulation, and two air shafts are used for unwinding and rewinding. It means that unwinding, printing, varnishing, IR drying, laminating and rewinding can be done in one process, which makes it an ideal machine for printing paper and adhesive labels.
